I want to change my order, what should I do?

Please inform us of your intention to make changes as soon as possible after placing the order, so that we can help you in time, before the package is sent out. You can send your change request together with your order ID to the e-mail address contact@elynslab.com The packages are sent out within 6-18 hours after the receipt of the order on working days.

I still don't want to receive the package, what should I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible at contact@elynslab.com that you do not want the package or that you will not be able to receive it. The price of the products in the package will be refunded after the package is returned.

I received the package, but I would like to cancel the purchase and return it. What to do?

Within 14 days of receiving the package, you have the option to return only unopened products. We are unable to take back used products that have been opened. Regarding your intention to return, please contact us at the e-mail address contact@elynslab.com, in which you should also indicate your order ID to facilitate easier administration. You can find more information about cancellation in the General Terms and Conditions.

What is the return process?

Regarding the return of the package, please contact us first at the e-mail address contact@elynslab.com. After that, we will agree on the details of the order and the address information required for the return. After the return of the package, our colleagues will check the returned package within 3 working days, and then we will refund the full price of the products.

The package is damaged or missing, what to do?

If the package is visibly damaged during transport, please notify the courier as well as us (with a photo attached) at the e-mail address contact@elynslab.com. If the products in the package are damaged/faulty, you can also notify us at the same e-mail address with a photo.

I experienced an allergic reaction to a product, what should I do?
